Event Schedule :

6.00 a.m.	–		Open for rider registration
7.30 a.m.	–		Safety briefing by the Chief Marshall
8.00 a.m.	–		Flag off by VIP
2.30 p.m.	–		Estimate all riders would have reached the finish line
3.00 p.m.	–		Prize giving and lucky draw
5.00 p.m.	–		End of event

A timing chip systems allows each individual participants time to be accurately measured from the point the participant passes the starting line till the point when he/she crosses the finishing line. As such, a rider who is queued up at the back of the crowd during starting is not penalized for the delay that he/she encounters to reach the starting line. It provides a fair timing measurement system for riders regardless of position in the starting queue.

我们采用计时晶片系统作为这次单车越野赛的计时标准。 每位骑士的骑乘时间从起点至终点都会被准确的记录。比赛将分批起跑，这是为了避免赛道拥挤而影响了骑士们的骑乘表现。 晶片系统将准确的记录每位骑士的骑乘时间，所以，就算是被分配在后起跑的骑士，也不会影响他的表现/时间。 所有的骑士将得到准确及公平的骑乘时间标准记录（以上时间标准是指完成全赛程的骑士）。 


Timing chip systems membolehkan setiap peserta mengukur /menguji ketepatan masa mereka sendiri dari tempat permulaan sehinggalah ke garisan penamat.

Setiap peserta juga akan menentukan sendiri masa minimum yang mereka mampu untuk menamatkan kayuhan sehingga ke garisan penamat.

Peserta juga tidak perlu risau walaupun mereka terpaksa beratur dikumpulan yang paling belakang semasa berada di garisan permulaan kerana pemenang ditentukan melalui masa yang beliau catatkan sendiri.

Terms and Conditions 

All entrants accept the rules below upon registering their entry. 

1. The Organiser is not liable to any injuries, lost or damage of the rider’s property or belongings. 
2. Registration fees are not refundable or transferable. 
3. You may NOT ride under someone else's name or number under any circumstances. 
4. The event will take place regardless of bad weather and will only be cancelled, re-routed or stopped for safety reasons. The final decision on this will be made by the Event Organiser, Wacycles. 
5. It is the responsibility of every participant to ensure that they are fit and healthy enough to complete the ride. If you are in any doubt, it would be advisable to consult your doctor. 
6. All participants must follow the designated route. 
7. Cycle safety helmets must be worn at all times during the events. 
8. Every entrant must ensure that their bike is fit for use in this event. 
9. The distances are approximate and the Organiser reserves the right to change it at any time if deemed necessary.
